Do you want to work broadly with accounting and be responsible for several companies in a stable group? We are now looking for an accountant to S:t Eriks Shared Service Center in Staffanstorp. This position is a direct recruitment to S:t Eriks.

S:t Eriks AB is part of S:t Eriks Group, a leading Swedish manufacturer and supplier of concrete and natural stone products to contractors and retailers in the Nordic market for infrastructure, construction, and landscape architecture. In the role of accountant, you will work in a team of 6 accountants and have independent responsibility for several companies, handling the entire accounting flow. You are expected to take ownership of your companies and ensure that reporting and financial statements are of high quality.

Responsibilities:

• Ongoing accounting and account reconciliations
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Tax returns and VAT reporting
• Preparation of annual reports
• Reporting and collaboration with controllers
• Participate in improvement work and support in other finance-related issues as needed

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Experience in independent accounting work from an agency or company, as well as confidence in financial statements and tax returns.
• Post-secondary education in finance or equivalent work experience
• Familiarity with working in business systems and good IT understanding. Experience with Business Central is an advantage
• Experience from manufacturing companies and understanding of inventory valuation is an advantage
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing, as well as a good understanding of English
